I'm Vladyslav — a community & integration coordinator, IT and AI practitioner, and educator. I help people find their way into new systems, new tools, and new countries.
I trained as a classical accordionist in Ukraine — a master's degree, orchestra work, years of teaching. Then I spent years in IT support, configuring servers and guiding e-commerce customers in three countries. Today I work in Norway's refugee services at NAV Frogn as a fritidsveileder, where I lead «Møteplassen», an inclusion project connecting newcomers to their new community. I plan and run regular meetups, activities, and workshops with the target group; partner with volunteer organisations, clubs, and associations; and I'm responsible for mapping, reporting, and developing the service further. I also bring AI into the workplace — most recently configuring NotebookLM as an information assistant for the refugee service.
The common thread is people. Whether the problem is a broken server, an unfamiliar system, or a whole unfamiliar country, my job is the same: understand what someone needs, then make the technical, creative, or social solution actually work for them. I navigated the Norwegian system myself as a newcomer — reaching fluent Norwegian in under a year — so I know both sides of that bridge.
Lately I've gone deep on applied AI — Google's AI Professional Certificate, Anthropic's Claude 101 — and I use these tools weekly to build assistants, websites, and learning content.
Designing services that lower thresholds: user involvement, cross-sector partnerships, and long-term follow-up that turns newcomers into participants. Public-sector experience with real outcomes.
From server administration and customer support to building with AI: assistants, automation, and complete webpages built in collaboration with AI tools. I speak both languages — the technical one and the human one.
Teaching runs through everything I've done — music, languages, digital skills. I create learning content and gave a public talk on AI as support for language learning (Digiviken).
An AI-supported podcast and video channel for learning English through ideas worth thinking about — made for B1+ learners who want language and substance at the same time.
Configured NotebookLM as an information assistant for the refugee service in Frogn kommune — giving newcomers reliable answers grounded in approved municipal sources.
A Python Telegram bot powered by the Anthropic API that answers questions strictly from provided source documents — built for guidance and navigation use cases.
My education brand for language learners — a website I designed and built with AI collaboration, plus digital learning products for students and teachers.
A professional talk on how AI tools can support language training and competence development — potential and ethics included.
The page you're reading — designed and built end-to-end in collaboration with AI, from layout and copy to the print-ready CV it links to.
Laid out properly, in the language you need. Both versions are print-ready A4 PDFs.
